I GOTInfo: The design of the New Balance Comic 480 is inspired by the current revival of comic book super heroes in movies and in newer comic book series. Other than the design, the NB Comic 480 also contains Tyvek materials which feel like paper to enhance the comic book feel to the shoe. The sneaker was only made available through Foot Locker and Foot action at it’s release.

    This is a nice sneaker, and rarely marks even though there is a lot of white, but be aware that the Tyvek material does crease harshly. However, in the end it really does give the sneaker a comic-book-like feel to it.

    Very comfortable shoe.
